Arnica gel massages are geared to treat sore muscles, while oxygen facials target skin dehydrated by the high altitude. Take pampering to the next level by customizing a wellness retreat package that includes a personal trainer, beautician, and dietician.</p>

    <p>Skiers head to the spa at the small-yet-luxurious Hoteldorf Gruner Baum for its thermal springs. Choose from indoor and outdoor pools between indulging in milk facials and salt scrubs. The spa is also family friendly, with a special "babymoon" package and a full menu of children's spa treatments including a Gummy Bear foam bath and a Hello Kitty pedicure.</p>

Don't be deterred by treatments named Mountain Body Therapy, a combination of hydrotherapy and sports massage. It might be geared toward skiers, but luckily skiing is not a prerequisite.</p>
